We may suspend your Account immediately at our reasonable discretion if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or otherwise engaging in unlawful or inappropriate conduct while using the Site.

We may cancel your Account immediately if you repudiate the agreement under these Terms or commit a breach of any provision of these Terms which is incapable of remedy. We may cancel your Account if breach any of your obligations under these Terms and fail to remedy such breach within 14 days of us notifying you of the breach and requiring you to remedy that breach.

The suspension or cancellation of your Account and your right to use the Site shall not affect either party’s rights or liabilities.

All provisions of the Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive termination, including indemnities, limitation of liability, intellectual property, payment obligations and intellectual property.
